Two products share a similar name and nothing else. Pregnenolone is a steroid. Pregnon is a peptide Peptourbillon — a designed blend of small signalling peptides, freeze-dried into a Lyoprester cartridge and built for one purpose: to support the ordinary, natural biology by which a couple conceives. Where the steroid sits at the head of the hormone tree, Pregnon speaks the body's own peptide language — the short messenger molecules the hypothalamus, pituitary and reproductive tract already use to talk to one another.

The crucial detail is the word pulsatile. GnRH only works when it arrives in beats — the frequency and size of each pulse shape the LH-to-FSH balance. A constant, unbroken signal does the opposite: it desensitises the receptor and quietens the axis. This is why fertility clinicians restore a natural fertility signal with a pulsatile gonadorelin rhythm rather than a flat dose. Pregnon is designed around that same principle — and it is why the delivery device matters as much as the molecule (see §6).
VIP, vasoactive intestinal peptide, is a 28-amino-acid neuropeptide with two jobs that both matter here.3 First, it is a potent vasodilator: VIP-carrying nerves are dense throughout the reproductive tract, and VIP relaxes blood vessels to raise blood flow into the uterus and ovary — and a well-perfused, well-prepared endometrium is the ground an embryo has to implant into. Second, VIP is an immune modulator: it shifts the local immune tone toward tolerance rather than inflammation, and a tolerant maternal environment is part of what lets an embryo — genetically half-foreign — be accepted rather than rejected.
Together, those two roles describe endometrial receptivity: the narrow window in which the lining is soft, warm and welcoming. Pregnon includes VIP because a good signal and a good egg still need a receptive place to arrive. The research here is active and beneficial in direction, and it is described as supportive biology, not as a cure.
Oxytocin is a nine-amino-acid peptide, closed by a single disulfide bridge, and it works on several parts of the conception story at once.4 In the uterus it drives smooth-muscle peristalsis — the gentle directional waves studied for their role in moving sperm up toward the fallopian tube where fertilisation happens, and later in the biology of implantation and endometrial function. And beyond the mechanics, oxytocin is the peptide of attachment: the molecule behind touch, trust and pair-bonding.5
That relational dimension is not decoration. Couples conceive as a pair, and the closeness, calm and connection that oxytocin supports are part of the real environment in which conception happens. Pregnon includes oxytocin for both halves of that story — the physical transport-and- implantation biology and the bond that holds two people together while they try.
Pregnon carries a fourth peptide that Panacea Bio Chem is keeping proprietary for now. Its role rounds out the blend, and its identity — like the exact sequence, ratios and process parameters of the whole Peptourbillon — is held by Bogdan Dicoias and not disclosed at this stage. This is the ordinary secrecy of an in-development formulation: enough is public to show the science is real; the recipe stays behind the door until Panacea chooses to open it.
Pregnon is presented as a multi-layer Lyoprester cartridge: each fragile peptide is freeze-dried in its own layer so the molecules are preserved separately, then reconstituted together, cleanly, at the moment of use.
